The flat rate inverts the usual advice. On Kit or Webflow you chase the biggest customer you can find; here a Hobbyist and a Business seat pay identically, so reach beats qualification. Commissions are also capped at $100,000 a year without written consent — 4,000 referrals, so not a live constraint for most, but it exists.
